Best Beauty Products: Dickinson’s Witch Hazel Toner

What I Like: Gentle, Has Multiple Uses, Cheap yet Very Effective, Leaves Skin Clean and Fresh, All- NAtural

Rating: 4.8 out of 5 (Highly Recommended)

Price: about $6 for a 16 oz bottle

Dickinson’s All Natural Witch Hazel Toner comes in a clear plastic bottle with yellow labels. The liquid toner is clear in color. While most people can’t recommend this skincare product enough, one of their major gripe about this product is it’s weird smell. Being asthmatic, I am also sensitive to fragrances that are in my skincare products but I really didn’t mind the smell of this. Most beauty products add fragrance and artificial perfumes and this is what triggers most allergies (mine especially). In the case of Dickinson’s Witch Hazel Toner, the smell comes naturally from the ingredients so it does not trigger any allergic reactions. After awhile you get used to the smell and not mind it. :)

One can’t stress enough the importance of toning after cleansing and this product does the job well. Dickinson’s Witch Hazel Toner removes the extra dirt and impurities left behind by your ordinary (maybe more expensive) cleansers without drying your skin. Witch hazel is  very gentle and keeps your face balanced. Besides being one of the best beauty and skincare product, this is also a great oil control product and minimizes oiliness all throughout the day.

In addition, witch hazel is also a natural astringent which is good for healing acne, insect bites, small wounds and bruises.

I can’t stress enough how great this product is. It’s one of the best beauty and skincare product I have bought in years. Dickinson’s Witch Hazel Toner gets two thumbs up for me, and I’ll even throw in another finger because it’s that good. :)
